From pickleball to short tennis, table tennis, and tennis, the sessions offered fun, fitness, and friendship in a welcoming environment. Thanks to a £1,500 grant from the Trust, the programme was able to provide expert coaching and essential equipment, helping to break down barriers and open up new opportunities for active participation.

The funding supported the purchase of a new music system, including a specialist underwater speaker, essential for training sessions where moving to music is at the heart of the sport.
