Carnegie Conversation in the Glen – Have Your Say on the Future of Pittencrieff Park

Pittencrieff Park has been at the heart of Dunfermline’s community for generations. From family days out and community events to quiet walks and cherished memories, the Glen continues to play an important role in the life of the city.

The Carnegie Dunfermline Trust is inviting local residents and visitors to take part in a Carnegie Conversation in the Glen and help shape the next chapter of this much-loved public space.

From 10–14 July, between 10am and 2pm each day, members of the Trust team will be based at Pittencrieff House for a series of informal drop-in conversations. Everyone is welcome to come along, share their experiences and contribute ideas for the future of the park.

Whether you have fond memories of visiting the Glen, ideas for future activities, thoughts on how the park could evolve or simply want to learn more about its history, we would love to hear from you.

During the sessions, you can:

  • Learn more about the Glen’s history

  • Share your ideas for the future

  • Tell your own Pittencrieff Park stories

  • Help shape future priorities and opportunities

These conversations form part of the Trust’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that Pittencrieff Park remains a welcoming, vibrant and valued space for everyone.

No booking is required - simply drop in, have a chat and let us know what matters most to you.
