Carnegie Dunfermline Trust – Application Deadlines for 2026

If you’re planning to apply for funding from the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust this year, we’re here to help you get organised. Our grants support a wide range of projects that bring community benefit to Dunfermline - whether social, educational, cultural, sporting or recreational.

To help you plan ahead, here are the application closing dates for 2026:

  • 11th February

  • 15th April

  • 10th June

  • 12th August

  • 14th October

  • 25th November

We encourage groups to submit applications well in advance where possible. This helps ensure your proposal has everything it needs and gives you time to ask questions if you’re unsure about criteria, costs or eligibility.

If your group, organisation or initiative is working to bring “sweetness and light” to the people of Dunfermline, we would love to hear from you. Grants are available from £200 to £10,000, supporting both new and ongoing activities that make a positive difference to our community.

And don’t forget, you can also drop into one of our bi‑monthly Grant Info Drop‑Ins for friendly guidance from Janine, our Grants Officer. These sessions are relaxed, informal and open to anyone thinking about applying.

If you have ideas that could brighten lives in Dunfermline, this could be the perfect year to bring them to life. We look forward to receiving your application!
